He has led a multi-billion-dollar pharma company at Johnson & Johnson, co-founded a retail health clinic model that scaled to 350 locations, and served as CEO of a biotech company. Peter brings his deep expertise in patient experience, demand generation, and reimbursement strategy to ENGINUITY Rx.

Lance Tyler
Lance is a go-to-market strategist and commercial organization builder with experience in pharma and biotech startups. At Boehringer Ingelheim, Lance drove digital modernization and data-driven customer engagement. He later pioneered a digital-first, telehealth-forward launch of Plenity at Gelesis. Lance now applies his expertise to develop ENGINUITY Rx’s capabilities in support of partner brands.
